Purpose
Applicable to cycle-sequencing reaction based on the principle of double deoxidation termination method (Sanger method) to obtain a group of chain termination products of different lengths, which differ from each other by only one base. They share a common starting point but terminate on different fluorescently-labeled ddNTPs. This group of products is isolated by high resolution electrophoresis to generate DNA sequence profiles.
