HemaFus BCR-ABL1(P190) Fusion Gene Quantitative Detection Kit
Method
In this method, RNA is isolated and purified from leukocytes in peripheral blood or bone marrow samples, and cDNA is obtained by reverse transcription to detect e1a2(P190) subtype of BCR-ABL1 by real-time Q-PCR. BCR and ABL1 fusion transcripts are shown in Figure 1.

Quantitative Kit Detection Results
Specimen Requirements
Peripheral blood or bone marrow (3–5 mL) is collected in the EDTA tube and stored at 2–8 °C for not more than 5 days. RNA extraction is performed within 5 days.
